I am a trained Career Counsellor and Software Development Manager with extensive experience in the corporate IT environment, including working with people across functions, cultures and professional backgrounds in India and the USA.

Over the years, I have seen careers evolve through growth, changing priorities, transitions, career breaks, uncertainty and new opportunities.

I enjoy understanding people, analysing situations and helping bring clarity to complex questions. My interest in psychology, emotional well-being and personal growth also shapes the way I approach career counselling — with curiosity, empathy, attention to detail and structured thinking.
